Instructors of mechanical and electrical subject left for Germany for capacity development as part of an existing cooperation between No.1 Industrial Training Center (Sinde) and German International Cooperation (GIZ). The center has been operating since 1979 and has so far produced 6,000 skilled labors. The target is for the training center to meet ISO standards. Aside from program exchanges, two German experts train teachers in Sinde training centre. GIZ has also provided 600,000 Euros or over 777,000 US dollars worth of equipment over the last two months. GIZ hopes to assist further.
